Some of our Staff!

Evie (Scotland):
manager/hostess
Hostess with the mostess! Will meet and greet you with a smile, serve you drinks and get you up for a dance. If your lucky she will do the highland fling at the end of the night!
Giles (England):
bartender/chef/waiter.
"One man band". Do you want a proper Irish breakfast? Fancy a drink/cocktail? Something needs cleaning? Just call Giles! But not too often :) (he has a thing about donkeys... quite disturbing)
Aylen (Cuba):
waitress
Cuban girl in an Irish bar. Can you ask for more? She gives salsa lessons while serving drinks and still has a moment to talk to you. But be carefull! One look in those eyes and you´ll forget what you wanted to drink ! Don't ask her to sing though!! Ear plugs would be advised if she does sing!
